I specialize in full-scale renovations, restorations, and strategic additions, with a strong emphasis on building performance, functionality, and the overall user experience—across private, hospitality, and public-facing environments. My work includes boutique lodging, historic restorations, and distinctive residential properties, as well as collaboration with municipalities and quasi-public clients on facility improvements, accessibility, and the thoughtful evolution of buildings that serve the public. Each project is approached with one core principle: every improvement should elevate performance, not just appearance.

A significant aspect of my work is providing real estate and project advisory services for complex or high-value decisions across private, quasi-public, and municipal contexts. This includes guiding clients through portfolio-level planning, evaluating opportunities and constraints, and aligning vision with financial and operational outcomes. I am often brought in during key transition points—whether preparing for acquisition, repositioning assets, or navigating the stewardship of multi-property portfolios, including those associated with estate planning or generational transfer. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and experienced judgment to decisions that carry both financial weight and long-term impact.

This work is in my blood. I grew up alongside a builder, and today I share that same passion with my son—bringing a multi-generational perspective, practical knowledge, and a deep respect for the craft to every project.

Outdoors, my work becomes more sculptural and expressive. I am drawn to nature-driven landscapes, particularly rockwork and vignette-style compositions—creating grounded, artful environments that feel both intentional and enduring. This work offers a complementary, creative counterpoint to my broader focus on performance, function, and long-term value in the built environment.
