I approach real estate as both an investment and a physical asset—evaluating how design, construction, use, market position, and financial performance intersect. My role is to bring structure and clarity to complex property decisions, from individual acquisitions to multi-property portfolios.
I work with investors, property owners, and professional advisors to assess opportunities, identify constraints, and develop strategies grounded in both feasibility and long-term value. This may include determining which assets to retain or divest, where capital is best deployed, how a property can be repositioned, or how an overall portfolio can be better aligned with its financial and strategic objectives.
At the project level, I provide detailed feasibility analysis, renovation and development strategies, budgeting, and design direction. I can also help owners structure and oversee their own projects with a clear understanding of scope, priorities, costs, and expected outcomes.
My approach is analytical, independent, and highly practical—combining design intelligence with construction knowledge and a clear understanding of financial performance. The objective is simple: understand the asset, identify the opportunity, and make informed decisions about where to invest.
TESTIMONIALS:
“Our family trust included a mix of commercial and residential properties, and it was overwhelming to manage and decide what to do with them. Shannon was a huge help. She guided us through simplifying the portfolio, helped us plan improvements, and connected us with the right contractor and real estate agent. We’re very grateful and can’t recommend her enough.” – NIGEL L.
"My retirement income fell about 15% short of where it needed to be to breathe easy. Shannon helped me position an existing property to earn more and fill that void. The service niche she fills really doesn't seem to exist and I'm so thankful for her mix of experience, compassion and creativity." - BARBARA S.
If you’re considering a project or simply exploring what’s possible, I welcome a conversation. A quick call is often the best way to assess fit, share ideas, and determine whether working together makes sense
